Delivery & Returns
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are currently operating at reduced hours.
We are now shipping from Monday - Thursday so all orders after 3pm Thursday will be shipped the following week.
We have now extended our RETURNS period from 14 days to 45 days, as it may take longer for you to return your goods back to us.
We apologise for any inconvenience and we hope to back to normal as soon as possible.

All of our orders are shipped via DPD and we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
kr439 standard rate delivery with 5-10 day delivery.
Our standard working days are Monday - Thursday
We currently do not ship on UK Bank Holiday Mondays - please allow extra time for deliveries around these times. For a full list of dates, please visit www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.

For registered users, to track your order, please login, navigate to your order and view the ‘Order Shipments’ tab. You can also check the history of your orders and check the status. You can also click on the link from your shipping confirmation email.
If you're not happy with your items for any reason, you can return them to us within 45 days of receiving them for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) if they are in a saleable, unworn condition.
We are unable to accept exchanges - orders should be returned and re-placed.
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. We suggest using a recorded or signed for delivery service to ensure the parcel is tracked and insured. All parcels are the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.
